Them are my fingers on that photo:D I uploaded that ages ago and i still have got the full article and my own PCB layout for that:D Did you know they have discontinued that power supply now they do no sell it any ore  After all i find it the best power supply i have used. The best part about it is that it does not cost a lot at all I have got to add that i know longer use the panel meter now i have designed my own using pic hoping to add digtial control soon. the best part about building your own PSU ifit breaksdown you can repair it, good look wizpic:)

Hi All, Does anybody know why one of the two LM723 is called `VK7200` in the part list? Can it be to protect the kit or is it just a typo?

Ok thanks, that’s what I suspected.
Sorry no PCB, you could use Eagle to make a circuit board. You only need the main board; the meters are too expensive to build. I would use ready made modules which are much cheaper and easy to find.

Many thanks for the pdf WizPic.
I have a question: What is the value of the current resistors; (in the Velleman's 7200 kit manual marked as R37-R40 with four pieces of nichrome wire). In your pdf is marked as current resistors and in the silkscreen is reference like 7/10W (4X). What does means? 7 Ohms / 10W is very high value for this. Can you help me please?

I used for mine 2 10wat 0R1 which made it 0R5 because they are doubled up, i went fro terminial bloack on my design because I did have an original design and found over the years and long use the resistor wire became bad and made it have bad coonections onto PCB. wizpic
