someone can help me to know where i can found finger chip in small quantity? i need it for prototypes, better if sample..
i found only ready product, or chip + board for match & recognition, but i need only sensor, for my project!

thank you for your tip, but i want use large sensor (like MBF200), also too complex for soldering this

Soldering these chip is quite easy but you got to have the tool.
You would need something such as Hot Air rework or IR rework unit and preferably solder paste.
Anyhow thats usually costly and not avaialbe to hobbyist.

i talk about the link provided from axial, this chip is too complex for soldering.
mbf200 (or similar) are quietly simple to solder. i sent email to fujitsu about how to get one of this.. but no reply at the moment
