Soldering a MultipowerSO-30 (I need help)

Hi all,
I´m making a motor driver board whit the chip VNH2SP30 of National Semiconductor.It is a mosfet h-bridge and have a maximun current rating of 30 A.
The package is MultipowerSO-30. Can anyone help me, I never sold this package.

I spent 15 minutes to search National for this chip with no success.  Finally I found out it is made by ST.
Anyway, you need a method to solder it?
If it is so then,
- use a fine tip on your soldering iron,
- use solder past if available and put on every pad.
- If no solder paste available, put very little solder on pads, then put the IC and use the thinner size of solder you can find if you need to add some more.
- touch the pad with the soldering iron and make sure the solder melds and the IC pin was soldered.
- BETTER make practice with a simillar useless IC first.
- Usually any excess solder that might shorted the pins can be removed by first apply solder flux and with the use of a desoldering wick.
