High Dynamic Range photography

Technical documentation quite often demands a higher dynamic
range than an ordinary camera can offer.

But with a proper program a series of photos with exposure ranging from
dark to maximum brightness can be be combined to cover the full
dynamic range of all provided pictures in one single image.
