Hello all,
Microchip started to give samples of these new processors.
The internal core is the same of the 1xx and 2xx but with 256kb of flash and 64kb of ram.
They are available in 28 dip and 44 pins package.

Regards

Hi all,
It looks like the actual datasheet doesn't fully cover these chips.
Looking at the information page on the microchip site it's written that the master clock "Can be synchronized with USB clock"  and that the number of dma channels is 6; this is not reported inside the datasheet.
Does someone have an updated copy of the datasheet?

I would avoid these chips until they fix most of the problems. Looks like a disaster

Compiler bugs, user code errors, electrical problems, noise, ground loops...

You often like to think the mcu is the safe ground but if it is flawed too, so many sleepless nights and a lot of frustration are what you will get.
