hi kang..

i dont know, what actually u r looking for. but as ur query says "220V AC to KHz", i guess u just want to increase the frequency.

if i m right, then u will have to convert 220V AC to approx. 6V or 12V DC. then using high frequency oscillator u can increase frequency to KHz and even MHz.
