You don't need a new firmware just dowloaded the last version of MikroElektronika product and You be able to program a 18F2455 Smiley

I want to make copy of this programmer, and You meen that I can programm empty PIC18F2455  with firmware thru PICflash software?

why you dont use pickit2?

I used mikroelektronika pic programmer. I satisfy with it.
I think it's great product with very nice price.
