There are many ways to build antenna, depend on frequency, power, gain, and more.
There is no simple answer to that question.

Please, let me know, if you would like to look some book?

hi

if you are into torrents look at http://thepiratebay.org/ or look at this specific link
http://thepiratebay.org/tor/3862880/ARRL_Antenna_Book_21st_edition
if u dont know what torrents are get this soft at http://utorrent.com/ use to downlload torrents with
remember to open port to that software and it works better that way

or just search for arrl as this is  book i think i saw that they had some to download, its for antennas and
stuff and you might find lots of ideas in this book i only got a hardcopy of it thats not so fresh.

One web site with a lots of antenna info:

http://www.ac6v.com/antprojects.htm#theory

More practical, much less theory.

What is the center frequency? Try to use a simple dipole.

Transmitting electromagnetic waves has been ruled by law very accurately. Unless having a licence nobody use a transmitter. This is the main rules.
There is not best antenna for all frequencies or modulations. Transmitter output power, frequency of operation, working area and some other issues determine suitable antenna.
