Hi All,
I need your help.
I have received an RF POWER source of a CO2 laser for repair.

Major Specifications of the Source are:

1. Frequency : 81MHz
2. RF Power Output: 3000W
3. DC Input: 48VDC, 100A
4. The Power section is based on NXP BLF177 FET.

I am new to RF Circuits. Can anybody share information about general procedure to
repair such high power rf source, videos, circuits, safety precautions etc.

There is a facebook ham group who deal with high power kilowatt PA
I think you should consult them how to repair your amp

I don't advice you to play with high power RF source if you don't have the experience

as this can do lot of harm  - be careful!!!

Agreed. The rms voltage appearing across a 50 ohm load is 387 volt for a 3KW power source. This translates to voltage exceeding 1 kV for the high-Q circuits inside the power supply.
Electromagnetic radiation is another problem. The RF power output for a normal microwave oven is around 1kW...
