Note

I am an electronics engineer specializing in embedded systems and product design.  I have experience with AVR, MC68HC11/12, many other older processors (6502, RCA 1802, HC6801, PIC, etc).  Current projects include an intelligent heating-system controller, an ultrasonic anemometer, numerous instruments for monitoring boats (water, fuel, batteries, as well as a full set of strap-on sailing instruments for training competitive dinghy sailors), remote monitoring  and control of many types, etc. I want to join so as to learn from others and to assist others with problems for which I have found a solution.  I am a retired professor of electrical & computer engineering and so this is now a hobby, but as I still teach one day a week, I do have the opportunity regularly to present material to a class of E&CE students.
