Hi there, I've known this board from before and just dropped by again to notice that some special threads and messages are now for registered folks only. So I thought myself "Better register to keep up to date and register!" I'm an electronics engineer but I've been developing schematics and firmware since long before my job out of passion. My specialties in this field are, I'd say, embedded systems with mixed signal parts and motion control. E.g. one of my recent projects was an RF repeater station for the 70cm band with a load of audio processing features, speech synthesis and so on... For a living I mostly develop motion control devices for microscopy applications (open-loop stepper drives as well as closed-loop servos). If you're interested in details I'd be glad to provide some!
