Tuco ... dead or Alive

« on: April 27, 2013, 09:40:37 21:40 »

Hello

I was wondering if someone knows enough about the jtag protocol ... because i would like to something with the usb blaster clone code

http://www.sa89a.net/mp.cgi/ele/ub.htm

( version  6  with 18f2550  is working ok for me)

The thing i want to do is the following:

i want to capture the incoming data used to program the cpld (from the sof)  and store it in a memory or retransmit it to a remote point via bluetooth to reprogram wire unaccesible fpga on an installation 200mts away...

as a first step i was thinking about faking a cpld to the usbblaster interface  by bypassing and doing something with the pic firmware ...  but still no success as long as i have no complete reference of altera's jtag

do you have Any tip/ suggestion / don't do that   info to share?

thanks in advance
