It simply folder for temporary storage of different files. It is organized by principle FIFO. Its maximal size 50Mb, therefore its contents constantly varies. Sometimes there it is possible to find that that useful.

Sometimes I have found good entry in this folder.
But you have to look inside each day, content changes very fast.

It is storage folder for http://caxapa.ru/ microprocessors forum (well known resource, but it is in Russian language).
