I d'ont think it is posible because you must write a eeprom memory in a sequence of signals and you must have an *.hex file to transfer
I recomand you this link (http://www.kmitl.ac.th/~kswichit%20/easy2/easy2.htm) i made the montage and works very well
also this programmer is in (http://rapidshare.com/files/52716769/electronic_projects.rar) on topic http://www.sonsivri.com/forum/index.php?topic=4886.0
the most important thinks are: serial cable, MAX232 CI,  another 8051 chip and someone for programming the uC from schematic

i think, the main thing is - where u can store .hex or .bin file?
For example, using PC u are can store it on Compact Flash Card.
Preprogrammed main MCU (PIC18XXXX) can read it from CF and working out a sequences of signals. If u wish to clone preprogrammed MCU, instead of CF, u can insert  controller, wich u  clone. Main MCU read it and so on...
