Is anyone thinking of having a go at this? I am. It's about time I brushed up on my analog skills.

Rick,

If you do go for this, it appears there are prerequisites that you may or may not already have.
Good luck if you do and let us all know how it's going.

It's a long time since I've studied properly or had to use any serious math, but I think I can probably keep my head above water with it. Hopefully.

Thanks for the link, I hadn't noticed the pre-requisite courses. I'll take a good look at them.

I did the first year of an MSc in electronics engineering many years ago, but changed after the first year to geochemistry - not much difference really, lol.

It seems there's a few bugs with the online system, but it is pretty good for free Smiley

You don't really need the textbook to complete the course though, so if you aren't able to download it you shouldn't struggle.

The update is appreciated. I was unable to attend this time around myself due to an already busy schedule, but am hoping to next time. I'm sure any further contributions about the course would be enjoyed by all.

The 6.002x circuits & electronics has ended in June and I successfully completed it though. it was a huge experience and i now appreciate math more. There is a re-run at edx.org with couple of other courses that may interest you.
