Does anyone have idea what could be wrong with LCD on following link http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4ncYAFY-x0M . The image is getting black (inverted) from the corners and only central part of the LCD remains in order.

Best regards

Looks to me like it is a mechanical problem.  Likely had something piled on top of it.

There is another thing, the picture remains on affected part of LCD matrix for a couple of hours even after turning off (you could see on video, it should be pitch black on turn on, but there is image from before on the edges).  It really looks like it is mechanical problem, but how to explain persistence of the image on LCD.

The black part is the Liquid part of the LCD. this is between two or more layers of glass/plastic, as you have been told, It's most likely this has been as solutions said "Likely had something piled on top of it" and displaced the liquid.
