HELLO GUYS
I AM TRYING TO CONVERT VGA OF THE PC (15 PIN OUTPUT FOR MONITER) SIGNALS TO AV SIGNALS WHICH CAN CONNECT TO TV.PLEASE HELP ME

You will need to modify the TV set to adapt to the scan rate of the VGA signal.
