how to re-program the ATM card

pls can someone tells me how to re programme the ATM card for a personal use

for example i need to construct a combination lock which is going to be activated with the insertion of the ATM card in the slot and on pushing the right code it unlocks the combination locks.

please note:

the ATM in question is mine and its no longer in use.

There is a better option, Use an empty telephone-box chip card.
Its serial number is unique and can be used as a combination in electroniclock systems.

thanks for your contribution. i have been to the site but the problem i am having is that i cannt get such a card here in my country as such telephones has been faced out.
