I intalled Htsoft complier post by ykx (thank ykx  Kiss). But all htsoft complier don't work on Vista Ultimate.
On HTsoft forum, i founded this:

Quote
Microsoft changed the location of a Registry value in Windows NT, put in a workaround under XP, and appear to have removed this workaround from Vista. I have added code to our activation routine to correct this, but this will not appear in the wild until the next (post-9.50) release.

Anybody help me to solve this problem ?

Microchip C30 V2.05 has this problem:

Quote
pic30-coff-cc1: fatal error: installation problem, cannot exec `pic30-lm.exe'
compilation terminated.

I fixed that by copy "pic30-lm.exe" into working directory.

1. Don't run Vista (duh.)

or

2. Run XP or Win2000 in a virtual machine in Virtual PC 2007 or VMware Workstation.

I emailed to Htsoft support center, here is the  way to solve that problem:

Quote
Microsoft changed the location of the ProductId value in Windows NT, put in a workaround under XP, and appear to have removed this workaround from Vista. We have updated our installer to work with Vista, but this did not appear in the wild until PICC 9.60.

The following process has been reported to allow our installers for earlier compilers to function under Windows Vista, but we can provide no guarantee that this will not damage your system. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

   * start RegEdit
   * navigate to HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion
   * copy the Value Data from the Value named 'ProductId'
   * navigate to HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion
   * create a new String Value named 'ProductId'
   * paste in the Value Data previously copied
   * close RegEdit

Then, re-run the compiler installer.
