Look at the Fairchild family around  FQP4N90

Why do you need to change from 2SK3566?  It is widely available to me.

Try also  STMICROELECTRONICS  STP3NK90ZFP

why i was wondering for an equivalent was because i have been away from servicing electronics for  some time and in my parts collection i didnt have that one so i though i might have one i could exchange with some suiteable one i had, so i gonna look thruu my collection of transistors tomorrow.
