Note8 years working with PIC assembler, I've recently started learning C for the dsPIC.  It's part of my job but I also learn as a hobby too.

I would like to report a peculiar bug I have found with the HI-TECH for dsPIC-PIC24 v9.60.3.4951 patch.  If you create two functions in the same '.c' file, each with a switch statement having more than 8 case statements, it will not compile with the patched software.  It WILL compile with the real version or the demo version.  It can be made to  compile by removing some case statements or putting the functions in different '.c' files.

Strange huh? :-)
