i need an IC that can generate sine wave whith different frequency range
i need it in range of mega HZ
and i can change the the frequency easily
i need it as a carrier

Try the MAX038 or XR2206 both can generate sine wave up to 20Mhz

i have tried max038 it is very good but what about a frequency up to 1GHZ
 and
LM13700/LM13700A
Dual Operational Transconductance Amplifiers with
Linearizing Diodes and Buffers
i think it is not a frequency genrator

I used an AD9858 with a set of frequency multipliers to get it work up to 2.5 GHz. But, it wasn't a simple project...
Generally, AD9858 works just fine up to a frequency about 270 MHz, then parasite frequencies start to appear, but it is still usable up to 400 MHz. A frequency multiplier has to be used beyond that limit.
