Try to use BA1404 , is one IC fm stereo transmiter , with very few extra components  , beside is really cheap ( one dollar ).

The TDA7000 series from Philips is als a good receiver for FM signals.

i found a good circuit
and it is working good
but its range is 100meter i want a circuit that transmit high power
can any body help?

Tuning that circuit will be incredibly difficult without expensive equipment.  Look for an integrated solution.

You can use a streo fm modulators sold for portable audio devices for a very cheap price. They have a PLL circuit inside and most of them have a frequency display. Just buy one less than 20 or 10 USD$, then put a spare antenna after removing radio frequency output from ground and choking coil. If you put a spare antenna, transmit distance will be more than 15-20 meters in the building. And you will have two channels in one  Smiley. Some of the chips used for this modulators have ranges exceeding 88-108 MHz bandwith but you shoul digitally program the transmitter modulator chip according to its datasheet.

It is hard to make FM circuits and very hard to reglate him you must have the apropriate tools
you can try to duble the final etage starting from C6 but you must find the good value for the new R7 because it 's important and for more stability (but less amplification) in the new etage you can renounce to VC2
 the transistors for final etages can be preferable BF... or equivalents BC series are not sow good to high frequency
and attention with legality of this stuff in your country

You can use this simply IC for the transmitter and if  you need more power use an amplifier.
