Has anyone used these devices from Atmel?I can't find a datasheet for it.There is only separate  datasheets for the controller and the transceiver.

I've got a Raven kit from Atmel, but I haven't got round to playing with it yet. It might be worth looking on the Atmel site for Raven kit docs. Also there was a little bit about it in the latest 'Circuit Cellar'.

Maybe you're talking about Zigbit from Atmel?
