I know smart card glitchers exist to allow experimenters into satellite cards and such.

Is there a circuit that allows you to do the same for protected micro controller chips?

Your title could have used a little more, maybe
"Looking for circuit to read protetected microcontrollers"

Give a man a fish and you feed him for a day.
Teach a man to fish and he will sit around in a boat drinking beer all day.
