Thank you LUMOS for this information. The link is bad but the problem was a space between the word "doc". This document is very interresting.
I found also on internet a lot of informations about X10 sytem. I found a module for communicate with a PLC or any system with TTL level. This module is XM10E (E for Europe, 230V model), this module is also called (TW7223).

hi jibun24
why so many spend money?
proton (my favorite) or picbasic have got wonderful x10 possibilities and

"proteus" as a schematicplatform is a common development with "PIC" in a very interesting way.

best regards

Hi Lumos,
Proton and proteus are also my favorite softwares. So I am waiting the Full PDS 3 for use with PIC 18F series. I use now Proton 2.2 beta8 but it have a lot of bugs.
My project is now about  2300 lines with PIC 18F452 (70% flash used) and all simulate with proteus and also with hardware. Now for finish my project I want to add X10 command for drives my house shutter.
I use Proteus since version 5.xx and Proton since version 2.13.
I try other basic like Picbasic Pro, Mikrobasic but for me the best is Proton.

Best regards

hi
with 2300 lines is mixes a whole begin.

my home control works with the "rs485" bus and a 18 f252 as a master with 760 lines.

it is 10 slaves . (weather station, parallel display, relay constituents ...) at the moment

I didn't want to use x10 directly because with "bytecommands" feels better.

regards

Hi Lumos and Koky,
thank you for your informations.

To Lumos, your drawing is very interesting, in first by the power supply and I have a question about it. How much current (mA) the 7805 is able to delivery ?

Hi

7805 = 1A
78M05 = 500mA
78L05 = 150mA
the "L" type suffices completely primary sided.

at the layout the separation from net side and processor side is important.

X10? You should search Microchip application notes. Look at this app:
- http://www.microchip.com/stellent/idcplg?IdcService=SS_GET_PAGE&nodeId=1824&appnote=en012050
Or more directly:
