Look at this... +5v no isolated  is 100mA.

Be careful..ground of 5v isolated and 5v is diferent not same point!!! this is dangerous  voltage be very careful.

what from  do you want to isolate 230V ? if from line use "isolation transformer"

if you want to isolate the transistor drive circuit from microcontroller side use photocouplor drive IC like TLP250

if you want to isolate supply voltage use a transformer like 220:12 and 7805

it cant be like that
you should use some triac btb16-600
or somethink like
and
to control this triac you should opto-triac
like moc3021
you cant drive an async motor with transistor. ok it can be driven but it is not correct way
because transistor driving cant give two alternance of sinusoidal power
it passes only one (+ or -) alternance by polarization of transistor
and if your motor is alternate current (AC) motor
it may need 2 alternances
for some of ac motors you may drive with dc
but for most of them you should apply ac signal and for speed control with clamped ac signal should be applied

pls try to read moc3021 datasheet and try to understand application notes
and after that you may get best solution for your motor
