hi

a friend bought   in ground radio fence last weekend

as i know; current loop flowing in the cable is detected as field by a receiver and it actives an alarm -i didnt touch the box becaus of warranty:::

we put it on the house, attaching the cable, but we have one problem: because it' a loop; the dog can't pass to the kitchen without be electrified -little discharge but dog needs to pass to kitchen without problemss

i was thinking about evolve the cable near the kitchen with aluminium paper as the faraday cage; but i cant find reference of effect on sources, only on receivers, could anyone help me?

It has pretty clear instructions on layout. If you are still having problems I think you'll get a better response from the manufacturers.
