Need help about TCP/IP code in CCS

Could you help me to sent the TCP/IP example code. I'm want the function to create the packet (UDP,IP,ICMP,ARP,ETH...) by have only the input data, like the VB programing. I'm new in PIC programing. and I use RTL8019as NIC.

Or you have some recommend about the TCP/IP , IC or anything please..... let me know.
