hello all,

thanks brother ahmad_k. we are use low cost design, if our mosfet goes to burnt it also burn IR2110  Shocked Cry.  i want to build that one which made by IRF as my top topics.

please see on my attachment for low cost driver

Hi sohel,
I could not understand what you wanted to mean. Please make your statement understandable, so that we can take an endeavor to answer you.
The circuit provided by Ahmed_k is perfect.

i am looking for universal hardware design , which suitable for dc to dc boost then aply for sinwave ac output,  i have tested hi freq chopper sinewave inverter in  my lab. i like to use this module for solar system which also output sine wave 220 ac.

I will made some search for you my friend. And Like you said, in my design if a MOSFET blows up the IR2110 will blow also. But if you check my design you can see that i use the Shutdown input, i connect it to the microcontroler . If any Problem persist or an exceeded current passed through the charge i will shutdown the circuit.

Hmm

No body work on it ? when i complete it then someone will say its " I saw on Indian Market or else where". its our nature ?

finally i have done it with  invisible power.(allah ,god ,bhagaman which u call him)

many many thanks brother ahmed_k

Good afternoon .

By coincidence i just made me a fullbridge plate with the intention to have one *loose* for experimenting .
From what i seen so far it does very nice although i have to add highest frequency i tested was 66 Khz.
The drivers i used is IR2101 There are a few wire bridges at the inputs  between the bufferelco's of the IR2101 & to 1 output .
All connections are made with standard terminal blocks for easy connecting .
If you like you can edit them further with proteus ,schema i used is in the DSN file .

Have fun Smiley

i am on that position to final design . i need an  proffesional hardware design with that topology.
can anyone help me to get best hardware design?

thanks

Good morning Sohel .

The last few days i been doing some further tests and prototyping with the plate i posted last week .
At the moment i use this plate for a full bridge smps (ETD49) and i made only 2 changes .
I lowered the gateresistor to 28 Ohm (although thats ofcourse depending on the mosfets used)
Further i added shottky's + 100 nF parallel to the gateresistor for faster shut down .
But even though its a ragtag circus with several experimental plate's my signals are perfect after these changes .
There was no need for snubbers on the primairy side ,i placed a snubber on the shottky's to the output filter but thats fairly standard for smps's .
When there won't be any unforeseen problems at higher powers i will use it as i have it now .
Right now the transformer etc. is all connected with cable ,even like that i had no problems .

Hi all,
No design can be termed absolutely perfect/efficient/cost effective in any topology in smps as with the change of different parameters, quality differs. However, the circuit/design provided by Ahmed_k and walkura are good and one can try his full bridge hardware design based on those. However, one may require little bit of adjustments here and there and hope the person who try those design, certainly has that sort of practical knowledge.

Your absolutely right in that Tahmid .
In matters like this there is no standard ,good for all purposes solution .
You will always have to adjust component value's according to your choice of mosfets etc.
There are some good basic practical rules but even then you will have to evaluate on a case to case basis .
Also in the physical world its just not always possible to follow those .
At the Texas instruments site they have some good training material .
http://training.ti.com/courses/coursedescription.asp?iCSID=1150
It gives some basic guidelines and might ease the adjustment procedures to use a little .

have u tested on sinewave with ir2110? its works on squre wave modifide . for full bridge its need com on pin 2, if u have only hv+ bus and hv - bus, its need shunt or low value res ?
