I wanna interface Multi-functional three phase energy Meter Chip ADE7758 with P89V51RD2BN. As of now I have finished up the basic circuitry. Plz help me out in SPI programming and to calculate the parameters of Active, reactive Apparent power & energy.

Even in ADE7758 design  I want the help to clarify out below things
1. Since ADE7758 is a three phase energy meter measuring chip, For the basic testing purpose Can I go with a Single phase , 240V.   Undecided
2. Can I check the pulsed o/p in the Pins of APCF ( Active Power Calibration o/p) and VARCF ( Apparent Power Calibration pins) with the help some Led's
3. & for the SPI Programming with ADE7758, Can anyone plz tell me the flow to initialize the internal registers.
