   I've looked through every topic concerning hi-tech PICC compiler and turned out that currently the latest version (9.50PL2 if I'm not wrong) of the compiler can not be downloaded from anywhere. That's why I started a new topic, kindly asking you to upload somewhere theses compilers (also for PICC18 and dsPIC).
