Hi,

I would be obliged if somebody told me what is the procedure for putting the arrowhead markers (drawn here in red) with shadows as shown in the picture attached. They are  very helpful for labelling a diagram or a picture.I have been struggling to find out how to do this in Coreldraw and Photoshop

On Photoshop, draw a box in a new layer - then use layer blending option to give it drop shadow.
Similar with Coreldraw.
