This is called Standby Mode,
I made it in my inverter with PIC.

Yes, you can replace it. But you don't need to do that. It's only a frequency generator...

Hi,

I would to ask 2 things:

   - The max power for 220Vac is the 200W ? if yes for make 400W or even more then just replace the transformer and add more mosfet  ?
   - The Output voltage (220Vac) it is digital ( i mean +220V - 0 - -220Vac) or wave ?

Yes, whit a bigger transformer and more parallel Mosfet's you can increase the power.
I have maked a 500W one too whit no problems.
The Output is 220VAC slightly smoothet squarewave.

Can u share ur project detail & sourcecode?

Actually I want to make inverter to use together with solar panel & battery to power the lamp (AC) for small house ( use 2 x 20W ) at night.

I mean the Inverter (with PIC) ... PIC need firmware (hex code).

lets start building an inverter with pwm output constant like (220-230). with 50Hz . (pic16f676 proton basic). what do u think?
