No other settings . Only Proteus menu.
Output\Set Output Area
Output\Set Output Origin
Output\Print ->printer select  "pdfFactory", select layers, Scale 100%, Normal\mirror and Press "Ok" ->  Preview pdf -> press "Save"

Hi Rego, just print to any soft PDF printer and it should works. When you print out from the PDF file, make sure you select Page Scaling to "None". I been using Adobe Acrobat PDF printer and it is definitely accurate.

IĀ“m using Pdf Creator ( http://sector7g.wurzel6.de/pdfcreator/ ) , is a free software to generate a virtual printer .
It converts any printing in a PDF file , and then you can printing anywhere.
I donĀ“t have a laser printer , so I have to print my boards in other place.

I hope It  works for you too.

Hi Rego, when I wrote Adobe Acrobat, I mean the Adobe Acrobat full version, not the Adobe Reader. Note there are no more Adobe Acrobat Reader, the new version is called Adobe Reader.

I been using the latest full professional version of Adobe Acrobat 7 software printer. Try configuring the software printer settings prior to printing (Control Panel-->Printers and Faxes-->Adobe PDF) and make sure you print with "Page Scaling = None".

Hope it works for you. Cheers.

Another goot method is to use the Gerber outputs.
Load them in GerbView or GerbTool(the best) and then use an usual laser printer.
This is the most recommendet method since you are working directcly with Gerber files.

Did you make sure you use the correct paper size for printing to the soft printer and print out from the PDF, and that the printout is not scaled up or down? And also the Proteus ARES output is set to 1:1 with no compensation, etc?

I used the pdf trick and works fine !!
But i dont have tried with routes very little, like smd routes !!
I use the maximum of resolution on dpi to achieve best results

The PDF gives me por portability to print the layout in any printer just having acrobat !!
