I am in need of datasheet for 2SK518-9 N channel Mosfet also its equivalent P channel Mosfet

is 2SK518-9 N a hitachi power mosfet

and its a little bit old i think

u can find from http://www.alldatasheet.com or http://www.chipdocs.com or http://www.datasheet4u.com and also u can try http://it.datasheet4u.com for parametric search. warn me if u sould not see anything. ı found 2SK512 in 15 seconds i'm sure u can find after a 5 min search.
