NEC does not manufacture these opamps anymore. I think 1998 was the last year they did. I'm looking for a spice model for this IC. I did do a extensive search on internet first and couldn't find one. So, I'm asking here if anyone has one they could share. I don't know how to create my own spice models yet or whether it is possible to create one for this opamp. Would greatly appreciate the help if someone has one. I am looking to use it in some circuit simulation program such as microcap, multisim, or maybe proteus. Those programs I have but they don't come with a LM387 model.

Alas, but 3 years ago, I too searched for spice model of this very successful opam but so anything and has not found...
If to you will carry more, and you will find it - give please the link.

what is the spice model excatly? Milestag uses these amps but dont know where to get them
