My preferred portable DMM no longer works properly.

In all selector positions all measures are incorrect or random display.

I'm not able to find any service manual or schematic.

Someone may help me?

Can you open it and check the ICs inside? You may find a datasheet or an application note that is similar to yours. I suggest posting a detailed photo of the inside.
