Hi Guys,
Does one of you have a 3M 701 Megaohmeter schematic available ?
Mine is no longer working in 'surface test' on the +10V position above 1 Gohm. +100 V is working well.
Not critical, just a good experience in troubleshooting a device at very low current measurement...
Thanks,

In attachment the "verification and calibration manual". With that You can repair  this instrument (99,9 %, due to his simple circuit )..

Thanks Egstudio.

Apparently I am unluckily in the 0.1%. Sad By the way, I found 701 was out of specs in using the calibration manual.

I went trought some diagnostics, but without the schematic it is not so easy...
According to failure symptoms, it looks like a component (capacitor ?) has a leakage as failure is really for low currents measurement.
I'll give it another try when time permit.
