Here I share with you a little proyect that comes in handy if you are interested in R/C and PIC applications.

This one will switch 2 OnBoard light circuits powered by an ULN2003 and uppon Command off the pilot in using a 3 POS Switch on transmitter.
Assigned channel signal wire ( White or yellow ) to bee hooked up on PIC portc.4 pin.
Programming of switch behaviour to bee done on servo end points for this particular channel.
This was the original proyect.

Then I completed it with an on board temperature sensor LM35 ( for engine )and also supervised the onboards battery status using another one of the analog channel on the PIC.

Based on mayor components PIC 16f870,ULN2003 and LM35.

Very easy to put together and very low cost.
Makes a hell of an impression on flying field.
Besides off beeing able to remotely switch on/off the two light circuits, OnBoard leds will tell you how things are going on a slow fly-by.

Samples a way to nterface PIC and R/C radio equipment and also the PIC analog data aquisition.

Attached are DSN file for simulating and source code in proton basic.

Greetings
