REQ : Software Modem using AVR

Hello,

Can some one help me make a software Modem using AVR.
That is it should use the internal PWM and ADC to modulate and demodulate digital and analog signals directly onto the telephone line.May be it runs at a low speed say at about 2400bps or something.
