It looks very nice, but it still needs a high end MCU like STM32F7, i.MX RT1050, RH850.
If you use lower performance microcontroller, there are other free and non-free alternatives as LittlevGL, TouchGFX, μgui, μgfx, GuiLite, STemWin, Embedded Wizard, FTDI EVE...

I've recently used FTDI EVE on a project that had a low-end microcontroller. It worked very well indeed.
