I am looking for card reader rfid write/read with integrated antenna and power supply 3.3V and able to communicate with Uart protocol.

What do you suggest?

"RFID" on Ebay returns over 13000 hits

Also Atmel, DIYTrade, Hackaday, Instructables

Here:

"RF RS232 TTL Serial UART Mifare RC522 Security RFID Board Reader Writer Arduino" on Ebay for $7.59. You'll need cards, too. 5 volt, though - not 3.3V

I am looking for rfid with an integrated antenna to the chip. ID-20 wr would be ideal but i can't find it somewhere in Europe Smiley
So i am looking for something similar

ID20 only read and do not write.

There are a bunch of similar modules, such as ID-10, ID-15, or the cheaper unpotted EM series such as EM-18
