I have a large collection of mobile phones that are no longer needed. What I'd like to do is to reuse the camera's in projects. Hopefully, these schematics might enable me to do that. But as anyone else done this?

How many pcb layers are we talking about? What can you achieve with your soldering iron? If the problem is on PCB unless all the connections are on the top layer, that phone is just paper weight...
