Vendor for flat 2.54mm pitch cable needed

I am trying to source flat cable spaced with a pitch of 2.54mm or 100mil.
I can't find anyone in the USA. I also ordered some of eBay, listed as 2.54mm but when I received the cable the pitch was the common 50mil.
The Chinese supplier promised to rectify, but then shipped me the same cable again. This is after I emailed them the drawing below to prevent any misunderstanding.
It looks like this type of cable is not very popular. For this particular application, I need this specific pitch.
I need about 100m in total. Any suggestion will be appreciated.

Digikey has it http://search.digikey.com/us/en/products/82-28-6161/WM4633-ND/404127, but at about $5/m I think you are looking for a cheaper one - maybe you can try to search it on alibaba.com.

Yes, that price is a bit steep. Furthermore, they don't have a 10 way in stock, so I will Google for Alibaba.

I finally managed to get some from Farnell UK on a special (maybe old stock) for $0.12 per ft.
