For NXP micro you have a gui design tool (for PC) who generate LVGL code,who far more better then ST TouchGfx tool
free to download from NXP site

emWin from Segger is also a good choice.
For ST there is already a free version available named as STemWin
https://www.st.com/en/embedded-software/stemwin.html

Same with NXP micros
https://www.nxp.com/design/software/embedded-software/nxp-emwin-libraries:EMWIN-GRAPHICS-LIBRARY

They offer pre compiled binary for free.
There are some other micro-controller vendors with which Segger has tied up to give free version of there emwin library.

Found the GUIslice Builder, easy to use, support adafruit graphics, java based application
Download current release from the following link   

https://github.com/ImpulseAdventure/GUIslice-Builder/releases

The installation create the batch file to start the application
Add the following line in the batch file first line

set JAVA_HOME="C:\arduino-1.8.15\java"
