do u want to capture video or photo.if u want jpeg photos to store ,just go for JPEG serial cameras,it reduces lot of work.OV528 camera modules are easy to use with AVR,but its a JPEG camera.if u want video,u have to capture series of photos ,but the frame rate is very low,4 to 5 fps or 2 fps based on size of output image.
Thanks for your reply...I can't use Serial JPEG module because the cost of system and size is one of the objectives. I need more control like format change windowing which can be provided by Omni vision sensor OV9650. My worry is if i use ARM7, lets say LPC2148 for interfacing OV9650 based module. I dont know if it will be able to capture the continues data coming over parallel pixel bytes output, i mean the data rate will be quite higher. So will it be possible to perform any kind of optimization so that it can be done using LCP21xx or any of AVR8 (Mega324/644)?
