Hi all,

I have a lot of old Hitachi character LCD panels (eq. LM016 and LM038).
I want to use these in my new uC projects powered with 3.3v.
Does it possible? The data sheets say nothing about the min. power voltage ...

The expected contrast?

Please help me!
Thanks,

No, You cant work it with 3,3V because of power supply of that must be in between (+4,75V)-(+5,25V) (with reference to datasheets)

You may be able to run it if you use one of your uc pin for a charge pump voltage doubler.

Good luck
