but, im using 5v power

how to 3.7v to 5v ?

make or buy DC-DC step-up converter. depends on yoru skillz and power requirements.
you can by already made from Traco, Lamdba or any other supplier.
or you can build yourself using MC34063 (up to 0,5A) or any other advanced IC like NCV3163 from Onsemi...

You can buy an emergency charger for cell phones. They usually use 1 or 2 AA (1.5 Volt) batteries to give out about 5 Volts. They use step up switching power supplies. You can modify it easily accoording to your needs. For example, changing the resistor value will change the output voltage.
