How to Get Your First Warning Or Even A Mute

I see we have so many New Members who think it unfair to get a warning
for making their first post a 'I Want Post'

When warned they quote the Rules back to me with some of the nicer rules of this good site
Yes we are /or/ were strict on all members being Active, like making a few posts of Value, before making Requests.

This Topic Pixel LED project with GUI Software has had so many requests by Lazy Members:
They have zero posts - But know how to PM requests, They Flood fill Topic with repeats for Licence files.

If you have Zero Postings Don't Make Requests for Anything
Your Post Will be Deleted - Plus you may get a Warning or a Mute for your trouble.[/b]
